Pho Cong ly under NEW management, and the foods are delicious and savory. We had tried Combination Bowls Beef and Bun Bo Hue. Come and check it out.

Most importantly: my fish was fresh-tasting, flavorful, and cooked well. But also, I had a great customer service experience here First time in - ordered to go. Realized i ordered wrong thing (totally my fault), and not only did they let me exchange it, but they also refunded me for the price difference (even though i protested, b/c i felt bad!). I work in customer service now and worked in restaurants for 10 yrs, and service like this isn’t common. I will be coming back

As of 5/10/23 this restaurant has new management and new menu. I no longer liked their pho due to strong herb odor (probably clove) and fat in the broth. But their spring rolls were pretty good. I did not like iced coffee. They no longer have authentic Vietnamese style coffee and soup.

First I’d like to say the place is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. It seems a lot of people are not comprehending that part and not being understanding. The new owners treat all their customers as family, I really love how friendly they are and I wish them the best in their future endeavors. The pho has an authentic taste very good flavor I give it a 10/10 their Thai tea is sooo delicious I wish I can give them more than 5 starts!. We look forward in trying their sandwiches I’ve heard it’s really good overall I highly recommend this place if you want an amazing experience and enjoy their food it’s so good and flavorful! My daughter and I love going for our mother daughter dates. <3

The food was tasty and the staff was very friendly. We ordered egg rolls, beef stew, and the grilled pork chop combo. We tried the beef stew for the first time and loved how tender the beef was. The grilled pork chop was also very balanced with both fat and meat.

I had a great experience at Pho Cong Ly recently, especially with their Cha Ca La Vong. The fish was tender and flavorful, marinated just right with turmeric and dill, and served sizzling hot. It had that authentic Hanoi taste I was hoping for—fragrant, savory, and a little tangy with the dipping sauce. The herbs were fresh, and the vermicelli portion was generous. I do wish the service was a bit faster, but the staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The ambiance is casual but cozy, perfect for a laid-back meal. If you’re looking for a solid Cha Ca La Vong outside of Vietnam, this place definitely delivers.

I have eaten there three times within one month. My favorite is Bun Bo Hue. I also had Bun Thai with grilled beef sub and rolls. Family owned & very friendly staff/service. Highly recommended
